Elections Bill Martin was elected President effective July 1, 2008. Kent Peterson was elected Vice President, and Linda Millard was elected Secretary. The rest of the board was re-elected and Phil Pusateri was named Director of Public Relations and will stay on the board. Vikings 14 / Dallas 24 We played one heck of a first half but let the game get away from us in the second half. Our own mistakes hurt us in the second half. Vikings 16 / Eagles 23 We could not get things going and lost a very close game. Important Notice We will be converting to an email newsletter format. Members who do not have an email address will receive the newsletter via U.S. Mail. We need this information by November 10, 2007. Dome Run Derby We hope to raise enough money through this drawing to provide the winner with round trip airfare, hotel accommodations and a game ticket for the first Vikings home pre-season game. We must make it clear that all the money raised will be used for this drawing. Since we cannot predict how much money will be raised, the winner must be able to cover the remainder of the cost if we do not raise enough money to cover the expense of the trip. This is not a cash prize. The tickets are $2.00 each or three for $5.00. The drawing will be held at our Tribute to the Vikings Dinner. Winner need not be present to win. You can mail your tickets and money to Phil or turn them in at Northwood Pizza when the club meets. If you need extra tickets click here and print off as many as you like.
